Order and delivery terms

Tmi Vintagetalli 3258746-7 sells products to companies and individuals in Finland. We reserve the right to change delivery terms and prices.

Delivery and collection

We do our best to send the products 2-5 days after the order arrives. We use Posti's services for our deliveries.
Postage costs are €6.90 and you can also order several products for the same costs. If you want the product at a specific Posti pick-up point, please let us know in the comment field of the shopping basket. Otherwise, the product will arrive at the nearest free post office.
You can pick up the products at our address Franzeninkatu 21. When you choose to pick up, please contact us by e-mail, phone or Instagram, and we will arrange a pick-up time.

Condition of old item

All our products are vintage and have therefore seen life. The products have patina and marks brought on by time. All errors or larger defects are shown in the pictures and mentioned in the product descriptions. If you have any questions about the condition of the product, don't hesitate to contact us!
We try our best to pack the products in recycled materials.

Tariff

The product prices indicated in the online store are valid until further notice. The product prices indicated in the online store apply the marginal taxation procedure VAT 0%.
Vintagetalli reserves the right to change the prices of the products indicated in the online store at any time and to correct any errors in the indicated prices.

Ordering

The order placed binds the buyer. The information related to the product to be ordered can be viewed in the online store before placing the order.
When ordering products from the online store, a binding contract is created between the buyer and Vintagetall when a written order confirmation is sent to the buyer by email, where the availability of the product and other details about the product are confirmed

Payment

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) operates as the payment intermediary service provider and in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In cases of complaints, we ask that you first contact the supplier of the product.

The new Payment Services Act entered into force at the turn of the year. As of January 1, 2021, purchases over 30 euros in all online stores in the European Economic Area (EEA) must be confirmed with strong identification.

Exchange and return conditions

The customer has a 14-day exchange and return right in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The right of return only applies to unused and salable products in the original packaging. The customer pays the shipping costs for returning the product.
Before returning, always contact us first.

Once the return has been approved, the money will be returned to your payment method after receiving and processing the return.

Please note that we do not receive and process returns more than 14 days after delivery.

If the product is lost during transport, damaged or the wrong product has been delivered to the customer, the customer must report the error immediately to the address vintagetalli@gmail.com

Notification of incorrect delivery or defective product must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.

If your package is damaged during handling by the transport company, a complaint must be made about the product immediately.

Limitation of liability

Vintagetalli is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages that the buyer incurs from using the online store or the products.
The limitation of liability mentioned in this section does not limit the mandatory compensation responsibilities according to the applicable law (such as the Consumer Protection Act or the Damages Compensation Act).

Change

Before placing an order, the customer must familiarize himself with the delivery conditions valid at any given time. Vintagetalli handles all customer data completely confidentially. Vintagetalli undertakes not to disclose customer data to third parties.
