Refund policy
When returning a product, please contact us by email (info@vintagetalli.fi).
The payment will be refunded no later than 14 days after the seller receives the customer’s cancellation notice.
The seller has the right to withhold the refund until the product has been returned or until the customer has provided proof, such as a return receipt, showing that the product is on its way to the seller’s address.
If any changes made while the product was in the customer’s possession are detected, the customer is not entitled to a full refund.
If the seller does not refund the money within 14 days after receiving the cancellation notice or the goods, the customer is entitled to compensation for late payment.
The seller will refund the payment using the same payment method the customer used for the purchase. Refunds can also be made by other agreed methods, such as gift cards, if the customer consents. The refund must not cause any additional costs to the customer.
If the purchase was made via online banking, the amount will be refunded to the bank account specified by the customer, and credit card payments will be refunded to the credit card.
