Malt drink wooden box

Malsjuoma box with quite a wonderful patina. The pages have the text "Malt drink from Lahtelista 68". The box is old and has a patina from time.

There is a break in one of the lower corners, as a result of which a nail is visible (see picture).

It is well suited as a storage box for e.g. magazines or firewood.

Did you know?

The limited company Mallasjuoma was founded in Lahti in 1912. The brewery produced mild beers in the style of the time, and in the 20s, Mallasjuoma became famous for its Pommac soft drink.

The competition in the industry started to intensify in the 80s as Hartwall and Sinebrychoff grew. In 1988, Mallasjuoma merged with Hartwall. The brewery was known for its slogan "Moi! Lahteilaista!"
