Scribble boards

Now they are on sale. Old wood-framed scribble boards, which many customers have admired when visiting the stable. We used them as decoration for our stable and as a help for small notes.

The board part has taken a hit, it has a crack, but it doesn't run away from the frames. So it still works as intended. Very beautiful also just as a decoration.

Originally, slatted boards were used in secondary and public schools in the late 1800s and early 1900s. The blackboard part was originally made of slate, from which it was easy for the students to wipe off the chalk.
