USA hockey team picture 1959

A photo of the American ice hockey team from the World Championships in Prague from 1959. On the back of the black and white photo are the autographs of the team's players.

The picture was found in an antique store in the Czech Republic!

An interesting detail is Rodney Paavola, a native of Finland, standing on the right side of the picture. The big defender was also part of the 1960 Olympic team, which won Olympic gold. After the Games, Paavola also received an NHL offer from the New York Rangers, which he refused.
